Higashi -pre -REALFORCE, the long -awaited wireless keyboard will be released on November 1st

Higashi -pre announced "R3 keyboard" as a new product of the keyboard of the Realforce brand Master series on October 26 (here is the article at the time of the announcement).

The product approached two days away until the start of sales on November 1.I tried the feeling of use, so I would like to deliver it in a report format.

Key load 45g, 10 keys, Bluetooth / USB hybrid "R3HA11"

Key load 45g and 10 keys, Bluetooth / USB hybrid "R3HC21"

The main features of the R3 keyboard are:

・ For the first time as a series, it supports wireless connection with the device. The connection method is Bluetooth 5.0, and the model corresponding to the wireless connection is a hybrid model that also supports USB connection.A USB connection dedicated model is also available.

・ The lineup is 20 models. All of them are equipped with an APC function that enables high -speed input. The depth of the APC has increased from the previous three steps to four, and the shallowest 0.8mm has been added. In addition, by using a dedicated software, it also supports replacement of keymaps.

・ The panel on the top of the keyboard can be attached and detached by the user.By using an optional "panel design kit", you can customize it to your favorite design. The color key cap set is prepared in all 8 colors with new colors.

-The pressing characteristics can be selected from 30g, 45g, and card loading. The colors are available in two colors, black and white. Both hybrids and USB models have 10 keys / None models.Of the 20 lineup products, 16 products are a hybrid model that supports both wireless and USB connections, and 4 products are USB connection exclusive models.Of the hybrid models, non -silent specifications are provided only for models with a pressing characteristic of 45g.The USB connection exclusive model is 45g of the pressing characteristic and only non -silent specifications.

・ In addition to the RealForce Store on the direct sales site, it is sold on Rakuten Ichiba and Amazon.co.jp.The price depends on the specification, from 23,980 yen to 34,980 yen.

A lineup of 20 kinds of variations that you can choose from the pressing characteristics, color, and the presence or absence of 10 keys.

List of lineup.30g, 45g, flash load,

In other words, R3 is that you can select the pressing characteristics, color, 10 keys, and Bluetooth connection correspondence / non -correspondence according to your preference, and can customize the appearance according to the user's taste. The biggest advantage of the keyboard.Even though it looks the same, the feeling of use differs depending on which model you choose.

For USB connection dedicated models, only 45g of pressing characteristics are provided, so users who do not intend to connect to Bluetooth and want to use 30G or bulky models can only use a hybrid model with USB connection.do not have.In that case, the price is up because it supports Bluetooth connection in terms of hardware.

It may be a rare case, but if you want to choose a non -silent specification with 30g or a bulky load, there is no specification itself, so it is determined whether to prioritize the pressing characteristics or give up on the non -silent specification. Is necessary.

However!Even if you add it, it is tremendous that such abundant specifications are lined up.Isn't it a trick that can only be done because it's a company that has its own factory in Japan and has been making keyboards for many years.

I compared it using three types!

Delivered in a high -quality, matte black box

The following three types have been used in the review.

・ R3HA12 (Pressing Characteristics: Packing Hydra, Connection method: Hybrid, 10 Key: Yes, Static Specifications)

・ R3HC21 (pressing characteristics: 45g, connection method: hybrid, 10 keys: none, silent specification)

・ R3UC31 (pressing characteristics: 45g, connection method: USB, 10 keys: None)

Although it may be unnecessary to explain, the pressing characteristics are how heavy the key can be pushed down.In other words, a load of 15g is required for 45g than 30g to be kept.In the case of a converter, the key to be pressed with the index finger is set to 45g and the key to press with the little finger is set to 30g assuming that the hand is placed in the home position. The lightness of the key is changed according to the strength of the finger muscle strength.

On the photo is R3HA12 (Pressing Characteristics: Pressing, Connection method: Hybrid, 10 Key: Yes, Quiet Specifications), R3HC21 is R3HC21 (Connection Characteristics: 45g, Connection method: Hybrid, 10 Key: None: None)

Pressing characteristics: I compared the "R3HA12" of the blank load and the "R3HC21" of the pressing characteristics: 45g.If you arrange only 30g and 45g, the numbers, it seems to have the impression that "45g is heavy?"

The switch used in the R3 keyboard is not a mechanical, but an electrostatic capacity.Instead of the fact that the contacts and contacts in the switch are physically clicked and the input of the key, the key points are approached by the change in electrostatic capacity, and that the key has been entered.

The feeling of capacity switching type switch is surprisingly smooth.

This mechanism has a tremendous durability of 50 million times input resistance and a unique smooth keystractic feeling. The feeling of pressing the key is really comfortable. If you get used to this keyboard, you will not be able to return to other keyboards. The APC function that can adjust the depth of accepting the key input is also realized only with this mechanism.

0.8mm was newly established in the APC function. It's perfect for those who want to hit the key with as weak power as possible

On top of that, I think the exquisite weight of 45g of the R3 keyboard is "lightly pressed, but it will not be pushed unless you want to press it".Just right.Just too good. The keystrokes of the silent specification model are more like "scosco" rather than "Kachakacha", and are comfortable for the ears.

On the other hand, the converted model is a slightly unique impression that I touched for the first time. This is because the detailed consideration of changing the load of the key depending on the strength of the finger is not common in ordinary keyboards. We are already used to the keyboard feeling of the keyboard designed with the same load.

However, after a while, you can see that this design makes sense. When I touched my keyboard again, I realized that when I kept a key with a little finger, I was unconsciously enhanced.

The body knows that the strength of the index finger and the little finger is different, and that the body is unconsciously controlling the strength of each finger. Also, in the case of the keyboard for many years, if you use your little finger with the same force as your index finger, you may have learned that the input may not be recognized.

Pressing a 30g key with the index finger will reduce the load than the 45g key, and the key sinks without any effort. If you get used to a converter model more than a 45g keyboard, you will not be able to return to other keyboards.

When purchasing an R3 keyboard, you may be worried about which is the pressing characteristics first, but if you give your personal recommendation, the standard 45G is the first recommendation, but it has a style that typically flows with weak power. If you want to experience a fine design that can only be tasted with this keyboard, it will be a conversion model.

・ 45g …… Standard feeling. There is moderate resistance, but not heavy. In that you can enjoy a smooth keystroki feeling unique to the electrostatic capacity switch, it is no different from other suppression characteristics.

・ 30g …… Typing is possible with a weaker force than 45g.In particular, if the APC function is set to a shallow setting of 0.8mm or 1.5 mm, it is easy to trace.

・ Package ... The key to press with the index finger is 45g, and the key to press with the little finger is 30g.At first, it feels a bit unique, but if you get used to it, you can realize that the stress on the little finger is reduced than the general keyboard.

The left photo is R3HC21 (pressing characteristics: 45g, connection method: hybrid, 10 keys: none, silent specification), R3UC31 (pressing characteristics: 45g, connection method: USB, 10 keys: none)

Regarding the silent specification and non -silent specifications, I think that you can select it completely as you like.Even though it was a non -silent specification, I felt that it would be in a quiet category, rather than the sound of a sloppy sound. If you keep a strong key, you will occasionally get a mixture of the "kacha" sound.

The keystrok feeling is slightly different, and there are points that the non -silent models are slightly more resistant when the keys are pushed down deeper than the silent specification model, but the range of not being able to compare them carefully by comparing both sides.I stay in.

When the power is turned on, it automatically switches to pairing mode

Switching the connection device is assigned to the key 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.The shape of the keytop that is along the finger curve is one element that contributes to a smooth keyshtosis.

The indicator is small and inconspicuous, but the visibility is good. Both stylishness and functionality
